PROJECT SCOPE AND SPECIFICATIONS The Project Scope and Specifications are: Saw cut as needed, remove asphalt including asphalt curbing and haul to a DNR approved site. Fine grade and compact existing base with a vibratory roller. Furnish and install 2" of MDOT 13A Bituminous aggregate. Apply SS1H Bond coat. Furnish and install 2" of MDOT 13A Bituminous aggregate. Fix sinking storm drain in back of building (North side). Complete soil restoration along new asphalt and seed area. Stripe lot as currently exists. DO NOT remove and replace North side patch surrounding storm drain, approximately 6,600 square feet. Start of project September 1, 2025
