Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Miami, Florida. Design plans call for the addition of a 23,387-square-foot educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a road / highway.
As of August 12, 2025, an architect and engineer has been selected and this project is in the early design phase. Final scope definition program/master plan submittal by August 12, 2025; Phase I – schematic design including site adaptation, and building modifications by October 22, 2025. It is anticipated construction documents will be 100% complete by May 29, 2026. A general contractor is projected to be awarded in August 2026 with constructon following. Construction is expected to be completed by November 2027. The preliminary scope involves a new classroom addition of approximately 23,387 gross square feet (GSF) providing around 396 student stations. The ground level will feature shelter/basketball courts, bleachers, scoreboard, teacher planning office, flammable storage, and related site work.
