THE PROJECT CONSIST OF THE ADDITION OF APPROXIMATELY 3,935 SF TO AN EXISTING BUILDING OF APPROXIMATELY 15,345SF, TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL CLASSROOM AND ADMINISTRATION SPACE FOR A NEW TOTAL BUILDING FOOTPRINT OF 19.280 SF OF BUILDING THE EXISTING BUILDING WILL BE REHABILITATED TO ACCOMODATE THE SCHOOL PROGRAM. A NEW ARRIVAL SEQUENCE HAS BEEN DESIGNED AT THE FRONT OF THE CAMPUS WITH DROP OFF ZONE, CONTROLLED CAMPUS ENTRANCE AND ACCESSIBLE PARKING. ADDITIONALLY, A NEW EXTERIOR RECREATION AREA WAS DESIGNED AND DEVELOPED AT THE REAR OF THE BUILDING INCLUDING COMMON GATHERING SPACES FOR STUDENTS.
