The Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA) has a bid offering for Stadium LED Sports Lighting at Charles Schwab Field Omaha. RFP's are available on our website, Final Questions Wednesday, August 13, 2025, 11:00 am All inquiries regarding this RFP must be made in writing and addressed to kshiers@omahameca.com. The Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority ("MECA") is requesting proposals from qualified organizations interested in performing all services necessary to upgrade and replace the existing sport lighting system at Charles Schwab Field Omaha ("CSFO). MECA is responsible for managing the operations of this Facilities. This project is to upgrade and replace the existing sport lighting system at Charles Schwab Field Omaha. This will include removal and proper disposal of existing fixtures and any other equipment and installation for an LED Sport Lighting System to include any required fixtures, electrical enclosures, mounts, hardware, wire harnesses, control cabinets and wireless controls, as well as any structural modifications or additions to support the new lighting system.
