The city of banning ("city") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("company") to provide the services listed in the scope of work. The city anticipates selecting one firm to perform the services. Proposals are requested from companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this request for proposal ("rfp").
