Brown town Road Storm Sewer Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bidders bond in favor of Cross Creek Township in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal. The Township reserves the right to waive any informality in and to accept or reject any and all bids. Contract Number 25-1A includes furnishing and installation of approximately 715 L.F. of 15" HDPE storm sewer, 305 L.F. of 18" storm sewer and 15 Type M inlets. Includes asphalt paving restoration. Project Location: Cross Creek Township, Washington County, PA Project Cost Estimate: Contract Number 25-1A = $295,000 Contract Number 25-1B = $110,000 Contract Number 25-1C = $100,000 All requests for interpretation must be received by the Engineer at least five days before the bid opening, submit to the Engineer a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof.
