Site work for a water / sewer project in Goodlettsvlle, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project entails the rehabilitation of approximately 1,410 LF of 8 - inch, 570 LF of 10 - inch, and 250 LF of 15 - inch gravity sanitary sewer lines using CIPP throughout the City of Millersville, TN. Additionally, it involves one (1) service lateral interfac e seal, two (2) point repairs of pipe holes with chemical grouting beneath a river crossing, the application of spray liner to 10 vertical feet of manholes, ten (10) chemical grouting applications around pipe penetrations and two (2) around leaking benches /channels, and replacing/resealing/resetting frames, covers and chimneys of five (5) manholes. Instead, prospective bidders should direct all questions in writing to kwienhold@enviroscienceinc.com on or before Friday, August 15 th , 2025 at 3:00 PM (CST). All questions received before the deadline will be addressed in an addendum to be issued on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Bid security shall be furnished in the amount of five percent of the total bid amount in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein
