Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Goodlettsvlle, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project entails the rehabilitation of forty-two (42) grinder pump systems, including replacement of aging and obsolete Barnes grinder pumps with twenty-two (2) E/One Simplex Grinder Pump Retrofit Kits, replacing twenty (20) aging Myers Grinder Pumps with approved equals, replacing twenty (20) Grinder Pump Control Panels, and retrofitting four (4) fiberglass tanks with 24 riser. Instead, prospective bidders should direct all questions in writing to kwienhold@enviroscienceinc.com on or before Friday, August 15 th , 2025 at 2:00 PM (CST). All questions received before the deadline will be addressed in an addendum to be issued on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Bid security shall be furnished in the amount of five percent of the total bid amount in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein
