To provide services to remove old air conditioning units and replace with new air conditioning units at the Queen Emma Summer Palace, Honolulu, Oahu. The work shall generally consist of AC demolition and installation according to specifications attached, as quantified on the attached proposal and scope of work. Scope of work shall include, but not limited to demolishing 6 ea. existing AC units and associated piping and electrical servicing the Archive areas, installing 6 ea. A/C units, associated piping and electrical, outside air fans and ducting, and other incidental work required. Queen Emma Summer Palace Phase 2 AC Install , Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii shall be submitted to the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks on the specified date and time through the Hawaii State Question Deadline 08/19/2025 at 4:00 PM HT Submission of any Requests for Information shall be submitted through the Hawaii State online.
