CITYWIDE PRECAST BUFFER WALL PROJECT AT PRESTIGE COMMONS The City of Tamarac is seeking to engage qualified firms to propose on the design, permitting, and construction of the Citywide Precast Buffer Wall Project at Prestige Commons. The proposed site is located along the east side of Nob Hill Road between Southgate Blvd. and NW 81st Street. The Contractor shall furnish all design and construction, including labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, manufactured articles, furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, essential communications, etc., as necessary to complete the project, as indicated in the Special Conditions, Special Provisions, Project Design Plans, Technical Specifications and RFP No. 25-15R as may be included in documents herein, along with all engineering, shop drawings, and other documentation necessary to obtain all applicable permits and all bonds, securities, licenses and insurance to complete the project as specified herein and within the Project Design Plans. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications/scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county and local regulatory requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposals received, to re-advertise for proposals, to award in whole or in part to one or more proposers or take any other such actions that may be deemed to be in the best interests of the City. The proposed work shall include, but is not limited to, design, permitting, site preparation, demolition, construction & installation of: 1. Along Southgate Blvd. (South side), from Nob Hill Road to approximately 130 linear feet west of NW 98th Avenue - Install approximately 130 linear feet of a new, 6 foot tall, pre-cast concrete buffer wall system with a decorative keystone limerock style finish on front face of wall panels (Street facing side) and associated work. The proposed site is located along the east side of Nob Hill Road between Southgate Blvd, and NW 81st Street. (Attachment 1) 2. Nob Hill Road (East side) between Southgate Blvd, and NW 81st Street - Install approximately 895 linear feet of a new, 6 foot tall, pre-cast concrete buffer wall system with a decorative keystone limerock style finish on front face of wall panels (Street facing side) and associated work. 3. Along NW 81st Street (north side) from the intersection of Nob Hill Road to approximately 150 linear feet east of Nob Hill Road- Install approximately 150 linear feet of a new 6 foot tall, pre-cast concrete buffer wall system with a decorative keystone limerock style finish on front face of wall panels (Street facing side) and associated work. The work shall include grading, tree removal/protection, utility relocations, coordination of private utilities relocations, coordination with Broward County, utility companies and the City of Tamarac, restoration, landscaping and sod installation.
