All work shall comply with the current Building Codes of the City of Mesquite, City Standards and Texas Accessibility Standards. Work MUST be completed by October 10, 2025. Contractor shall coordinate installation with other activities occurring at the site. The City shall issue a Purchase Order authorizing the work which obligates the City to payment once the completed work is accepted. Payment and Performance Bonds will not be required.
