Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Mesquite, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Reference Number 0000397618 Construction services to provide and install a pre-engineered steel mezzanine unit in the Mesquite Parks and Recreation (MPAR) storage room located in Building C at The Mesquite Service Center 1101 East Main Street, Mesquite Texas that meets following requirements. All work shall comply with the current Building Codes of the City Mesquite, City Standards and Texas Accessibility Standards. Installation MUST occur between December 1 and December 12, 2025 during mornal business hours. Contractor shall coordinate work with MPAR to maximize efficiency. The City shall issue a Construction Contract authorizing the work. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required. A pre-proposal meeting/site visit will not be held. However, if prospective proposers would like to review the conditions at 1101 East Main Street please contact Heidi Lyon at HLyon @City of Mesquite.com. Prospective proposers are encouraged to visit the site.
