Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
This item shall consist of preparatory work and operations, including, but not limited to, installation of temporary fencing, for the movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to the project site; for the establishment of the Contractor's offices, buildings, and other facilities necessary to undertake the work on the project. This item shall include all work and materials necessary to demobilize. This item shall also include other work and operations that must be performed, or for expenses incurred, prior to beginning work on the various contract items on the project site. It shall also include pre-construction costs, exclusive of bidding costs, which are necessary direct costs to the project and are of a general nature rather than directly attributable to other pay items under the Contract. Question Deadline August 28, 2025 @4 pm All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994, T.C.A. 62-6-101 et seq. There will be No Goal established for this contract. SCOPE. Minor concrete and joint repairs to the Murfreesboro Tunnel, below Runway 2C & Donelson Road Tunnels (below taxiways Romeo & Juliet). The majority of the Work involves concrete crack & spall repair, replacement of joint material, concrete epoxy injection, installation of bird netting and cleaning of structural components.
