Renovation of a municipal facility in Kentville, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work under this contract is to replace several Roof Areas at Lunenburg Town Hall, located at 119 Cumberland Street in Luneburg, Nova Scotia. Roof upgrades shall be as follows: General repairs to asphalt shingles at Roof Areas 101 and all elevations near-vertical elevations of mansard roof. Install new metal flashings and repair existing asphalt shingle roof between Roof Areas 101 and 501. Replacement of modified bituminous (mod. bit.) roof system at Roof Area 201. Replacement of existing roofing at all dormers with new metal panel roofing.
