Renovation of a military facility in Savannah, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This is a construction requirement issued by the United States Coast Guard (USCG) under solicitation number 70Z03625Q0069-0002. The acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 238210, with a size standard of $19.0M. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed-price purchase order using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method. All interested contractors must conduct a site visit to verify work details and assess existing conditions. Site visits are scheduled between September 2nd and September 5th, 2025, and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. Contractors who previously visited the site under the cancelled solicitation #70Z03625Q0069 are exempt from revisiting if they can adjust their quotes based on the revised Statement of Work (SOW). Quotes must include a detailed breakdown of labor and material costs, along with the vendor's UEI and TIN, and be submitted via email by 5:00 PM EST on September 10th, 2025. All questions must be submitted in writing by September 5th, 2025, and responses will be posted by September 8th, 2025. The Government reserves the right to reject any quotation deemed unreasonable or lacking in competence.
