Work includes paving, curb and drainage. The Borough reserves the right to reject any Bids or waive any irregularities. Bids may be held for 60 days after opening, however awarding of the contract to the lowest responsible bidder may be delayed 120 days in order to obtain required approval of other government agencies or closing on project funds. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond and payment bond equal to 100% of the Contract price.
