Mobilization and Maintenance of Traffic are incidental to the other items of the Bid Proposal. Prequalification per Rule 14-22 is not required. It is only necessary to submit the Small Business Affidavit (SBA) form once per year. Question Deadline 09/04/2025 at 5:00 PM ET, Questions posted to this site will be responded to by the Department.
