The purpose of this process is to award a snow and ice removal contract for a fixed term of seven (7) months, from October 06, 2025 to May 15, 2026. There are also two (2) renewal options for the same periods in 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. The SERVICE PROVIDER must establish unit prices for all work required for all installations in the same lot, i.e., those described in section 3.1 and specified in Appendix 5. It must also enter unit prices per snow transport according to the type of truck for any excess snow transport not provided for in that same appendix. These unit prices are firm for each year of the contract. The SERVICE PROVIDER may submit a bid for any one of the seven (7) lots or for all of the lots, depending on its operational capacity. However, it must establish a price for all facilities in the same lot and for the three (3) years of the contract (see Appendix 3 for the price list), taking into account the information in Appendix 5. Each lot is treated individually and is subject to a contract.
