The Platte County Commission is seeking bids for construction of the 0.48-mile-long Running Horse Trail. This contract provides for, but is not limited to, installing new concrete trail in the general area between NW 136 th Street to Williamsburg Terrace along Running Horse Road and new concrete sidewalk from Timber Creek Drive to Running Horse Road along NW 136 th Street. This project includes more than 2,500 linear feet of 10i concrete trail, 1700 linear feet of concrete sidewalk, 210 linear feet of concrete retaining wall, and all related utility coordination, demolition, excavation, embankment, grading, restoration, erosion control, and landscape work. The contract provides for, but is not limited to, all appurtenant work installing approximately 2,500 linear feet of 10i concrete trail and 1700 linear feet of concrete sidewalk and completion of the project as shown on the drawings and outlined in the specifications including all necessary equipment, labor, materials and supplies required.
