**As of September 24, 2025, the project was awarded to Dirtworks by Johnston LLC, for Attachment A - Stream Stabilization $63,311.85 and for Attachment B - Debris Jam Removal $16,834.73, with a total awarded amount of $80,146.58** The project includes construction of Approx 236 of mudsill, four log vane deflectors, approx. 236 feet of toe logs and rock fill, gravel bar removal, Erosion Control and Stabilization and 2 Timber Mat Crossings along Spencer Run in Blair County, PA. The work must be fully and acceptably completed by November 30, 2025. The District reserves the right to postpone or cancel receipt of bids, and to accept or reject any and all bids, in whole or in part of the best interest of the District will be served thereby.
