The two left lanes on northbound I-795 will be closed from Sept. 12 at 9 p.m. until Sept. 15 at 5 a.m., according to a news release. The lanes will be closed even when crews are not working on the portion of the highway to allow the concrete pavement to cure and get tested. Southbound I-795 will not be affected by the construction. The State Highway Administration recommends Reisterstown Road as an alternate route. A report shall be furnished to the Physical Plant Director within 14 days after each examination or Emergency Service and indicate the scope of work performed, conditions requiring further attention and the name of the Owner Representative present. H. The preventive maintenance and the responsibility of the Service Company shall include appurtenant devices and systems related to the system(s) included herein.
