SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to New York State Finance Law Section 163(6) and New York State Education Law Section 355(a), for the above noted service. This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A and Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law (Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises and Service-Disabled Veterans' Businesses). This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Section 139-j&k, also known as the Lobbying Law. The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Section 139-j&k, and New York State Tax Law Section 5-a. The successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Benefits insurance certificates. Must be a Jackson FlightStar 18.5-STM 18' 6" dishwasher or equivalent model. High-temperature sanitizing dishwasher. An adjustable rinse system. Self-cleaning wash arms. Dish drying module Soiled dish conveyor Automatically filling tanks. Non-clogging nozzles. Must include a main disconnect panel with breakers for each section of the machine. Have right to left direction of operation. Have start/stop buttons at both ends of the machine. Install the new dishwasher and remove and dispose of the old one. Attend the pre-bid walkthrough. New York State Department of Labor and OSHA rules and regulations are to be adhered to at all times. All necessary permits and equipment are the sole responsibility of the Bidder. Upstate reserves the right to request copies of permits. New York State Prevailing Wage Rate shall apply to all applicable labor services provided for the installation of the equipment.
