A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** NYS Contract Number: OMH01-OP202712-3650367 Scope of Work: The New York State Office of Mental Health is looking to install a new driveway and parking area at 5662 Thompson Road, Syracuse, NY 13206. Safety will be a high priority due to the house being occupied by OMH Patients and Staff. All grounds around work area when completed will need to be restored to original condition. This project will need to be completed by October 31, 2025. The required work includes: 1. Excavate the proposed driveway and parking lot to a depth of 17". 2. Geotextile fabric will be laid down prior to stone placement. 3. Stone (CR #2) will be placed in the excavated parking lots, including the driveway and compacted pave the stoned area with a 4" (compacted depth) Type 3 Binder course and 1.5" 4. Type 6 asphalt top course 5. All spoils and debris will be removed from the property 6. Repair ground around new driveway and parking area with topsoil and spread grass seed The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) installation of a new driveway and parking area, for Hutchings Psychiatric Center, located at 5562 Thompson Road, New York, NY 13206. The required specifications are listed in Section 1 - Scope of Work in the IFB document.
