Description

Renovation of a military facility in Temple, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment--excluding six VA-provided 208v electric heaters--for the Building 58 Heater Install at the Temple Boiler Plant. The Contractor shall install conduit, electrical wiring, breakers, switches, thermostats, and hanging materials as needed. The Contractor shall install the VA-provided 208v electric heaters for comfort. The work site must be cleaned daily, with all trash and debris discarded. The Contractor shall ensure that daily boiler plant operations are not impeded during the installation process. Location: Temple Boiler Plant, Building 58, 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, TX 76504. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist Akisha Woods at Akisha.Woods@va.gov by COB August 22, 2025. Performance Period: 90 days from Notice to Proceed
