Northern Health (the Owner) is seeking to enter into an Alliance Development Agreement (the ADA) for the Alliance Development Phase (the ADP) of the Single Target Outturn Cost Alliance Selection Process (the Single TOC Alliance Selection Process) for the University Hospital of Northern BC (UHNBC) - Acute Care Tower Project (the Project). The Mechanical Contractor Selection Process, described in this RFP, is to select a Mechanical Contractor as a Non-Owner Participant (NOP) to enter the ADA. The selection process for the other NOPs, who will be parties to the ADA, is described in Section 2. The purpose of this RFP is to invite interested and qualified mechanical contractors to participate in this RFP, which consists of an RFP Submission stage and an RFP Workshops stage, and for the Owner to select, in accordance with the terms of this RFP, a Mechanical Contractor to execute the ADA as a NOP and proceed to the ADP.
