Renovation of a medical facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Replacement of portions of the University Hospital of Northern British Columbia. This portion of work is focused on Roof #23. and generally includes the following: 1. The contractor shall furnish all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of all roofing materials, flashings, etc. as necessary to comply with the specifications, roof plans and details, and as required to complete the work. 2. Re-work areas at perimeters, vents, drains, etc. as required by the written specifications, and details enclosed and as required to perform the work. 3. Inspection of the substrate and deck. Any and all deterioration found in the substrate is to be reported to the Owners' representative. All necessary repairs are to be the responsibility of the owner. 4. Furnish all labour, materials, and equipment deemed necessary. To install new wood, drains, vent flashings, insulation, membrane, sheet metal flashings, etc. as required by the written specifications, roof plans, RCABC minimum. The Torch/Torch Roof Specification documents provide detailed descriptions on the Scope of Work demolition and construction needs. Do roofing work to applicable standards, as detailed by Roofing Contractors Association of B.C., and here in after as specified. Additional Line Items are to be filled should Roofs #4 and #5 be included in the scope of work, pending review. Documents can be obtained from https://northernhealth.bidsandtenders.ca/
