This requirement is for the procurement of sixteen (16) portable walk-through weapons detection system security screening lanes under a firm-fixed price contract through Full and Open competition. The contractor shall provide all necessary resources including equipment, fuel, batteries, tools, materials, training, supervision, and troubleshooting services to support security screening operations for the 2025 Air Show. These operations will be conducted at the Eastside Flightline, Westside Flightline, and the Northwest Stadium/Largo MD location in support of the 316th Security Support Group (MSG) at Joint Base Andrews. Location: Joint Base Andrews, 1832 Robert M. Bond Drive, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 Northwest Stadium, 8001 Sheriff Road, Landover, MD 20785 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS -Deliver and set up 2 Weapons Detection System lanes, generators, and associated equipment to Joint Base Andrews eastside flightline no later than 5:00 pm on 11 Sep 25. -Deliver and set up 2 Weapons Detection System lanes, generators, and associated equipment to Joint Base Andrews westside flightline no later than 5:00 pm on 11 Sep 25. -Deliver and set up 12 Weapons Detection System lanes, generators, and associated equipment to the Northwest Stadium (1600 Ring Rd. Landover, MD 20785) designated security screening area no later than 5:00 pm on 12 Sep 25. -Conduct Weapons Detection Systems lanes testing after initial setup on the 11th and 12th of Sep. -Provide operator training for all designated air show security personnel on 11 Sep. -Provide onsite technicians for troubleshooting/operational assistance at each area throughout the entire duration of the entire air show. -Upon completion of the air show, take down all 16 weapons detection systems no later than 6:00 pm 14 Sep 25. -The contractor shall ensure that the portable walk-through weapons detection systems and all associated activities fully comply with the following mandatory health and safety requirements: -IEEE C95.1-2019 Standard for Safety Level with Respect -ICNIRP Guidelines for Limiting Exposure to Time-Varying Electric and Magnetic Fields 2010 (1 Hz -100 kHz) -NRTL-certified in accordance with UL 61010-1, CSA 61010-1 -EN 61010-1, CE mark, FCC CFR Part 15, US Americas with Disabilities Act Compliance (compliant access)**, RoHS (restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical equipment) -DoD Instruction (DoDI) 6055.01, "DoD Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) Program" -DoD Instruction (DoDI) 6055.04, "DoD Explosives Safety Management Program" -21 CFR Part 1020: Performance Standards for Electronic Products Emitting Radiation
