Site work for a water / sewer project in Cheverly, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Project work includes replacement of approximately 1.51 miles of 8-inch through 12-inch water main and 0.7 miles of water house connections to serve Pepsi Place and nearby streets in the Cheverly area of Prince George's County, Maryland in Phase I. Phase II involves replacement of approximately 2.33 miles of 8-inch through 12-inch water main and 1.4 miles of water house connections to serve Crest Avenue and various streets in the Cheverly area of Prince George's County, Maryland. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal prior to the stated deadline. Late responses will not be accepted. Question Deadline 12/09/2025 at 2:00 PM ET: All questions pertaining to the Solicitation or Contract Documents shall only be submitted by a Bidder/Offeror to the Procurement Officer identified in the Solicitation via the Online Discussion feature in the Supplier Portal. Questions submitted via email shall not be answered MBE/SLBE Goal: 17.00% *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
