Roof Replacement, Buildings 1 and 2 - Colonial Pines, 50 Southampton Road, Westfield, MA Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of: New Roofs, Buildings 1 and 2 A. The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Removal and disposal of existing asphaltshingle roofing, flashing, etc. Installation of new asphalt shingle roofing, flashing, ice and water shield, exhaust fan scoop hoods, etc. 2. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 3. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 4. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight.
