Description

Site work for a civil project in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The purpose of this contract is to deactivate up 13.7km of forest service road in the South Peace. This work is based out of Dawson Creek and Chetwynd. The plan is to deactivate the roads to the standard deactivation requirements as per the BC engineering manual. Also 3 forest service roads need temporary barricades installed to restrict access and 15 culverts need to be moved from the Peace Forest District Yard in Dawson Creek to the BCTS TPL Sunnybrook Bridge Yard 25min west of Dawson Creek. OTHER BIDDER: Livingston Timber Ltd (Fort St. John, BC) $89,556.50 Award is subject to final approval.
