Working plans call for the addition of a 26,850-square-foot, three-story above grade fire / police facility; for the construction of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a 24,000-square-foot, three-story above grade fire / police facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.

The Project will include all-new site grading, paving, landscaping, and other related work as indicated on the Bid and Contract Documents.
