Wastewater Septage Receiving Station The City reserves its right to reject any or all Bids, or to withhold the award for any reason the City determines. The City also reserves its right to hold any or all Bids for sixty (60) days after the Bid opening date and will not allow withdrawal of Bids during those sixty (60) days. Bid documents will be available on August 20th. The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required to supply, deliver and commission a complete Septage Receiving System, including a secure access terminal, metering components, data capture and control panel, as well as the management software for tracking and administering hauler transactions. All Work shall adhere to requirements and Specifications as specified in these documents.
