A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project, of Which the Work Under the Contract Documents is a Part, is Generally Described as Follows: The Removal and Disposal of Existing Light Poles Followed by the Assembly and Installation of New Light Poles on Existing Light Pole Bases. Light Pole Locations Will Vary Throughout the Town of West Yellowstone, With Particular Focus on the Downtown Core. The Contractor Shall Coordinate With the Town of West Yellowstone Public Works Superintendent Throughout the Project to Identify Which Light Poles Are to Be Removed and Replaced. Town of WestYellowstone 2025 Light Pole Replacement Project: Base Bid 60 consecutive calendar days Each Bid or Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond Payable to Town of West Yellowstone, in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. Successful Bidders Shall Furnish an Approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, Each in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. Insurance as Required Shall Be Provided by the Successful Bidder(S) and a Certificate(S) of That Insurance Shall Be Provided. Contractor is Not Required to Have Registered With the Dli Prior to Bidding on This Project but Must Have Registered Prior to Execution of the Construction Agreement. The Right is Reserved to Reject Any or All Proposals Received, to Waive Informalities, to Postpone the Award of the Contract for a Period of Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days, and to Accept the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bid Which is in the Best Interest of the Owner.
