IMPORTANT NOTICES Certificate from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested to bidders to do as soon as possible, according to the requirements of the contractual documents, their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline indicated in the contractual documents of the call for tenders. Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company that has obtained the contractual documents and does not submit a submission, undertakes to complete the "Questionnaire of non-participation" form included in the contractual documents and to forward it to the file holder.
