Renovation of an educational facility in Saint-Jerome, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades and improvements to the Saint-Jean-Baptiste elementary school building. The scope of work includes upgrades to the floor structure, lighting system improvement and other interior work. TIMELINE: Following the request for proposals CGGSP-25-26-015/20093979 the owner has awarded an architectural professional consultant for design and construction work monitoring services. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in late 2025. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
