The duration of the contract will be one (1) year from its effective date. Services shall include, but are not limited to: The washing and drying of various items; The collection of soiled lingerie and the delivery of clean lingerie at the required frequencies or upon request. This call for tenders concerns a contingency contract, intended to compensate for any temporary interruption of the internal laundry service during the modernization currently in progress. In the event of a service breach, the service may be required for a period ranging from one (1) day to two (2) weeks, depending on the nature of the issue encountered.
