This bid bond must be provided in one of the following forms: - a bond issued in favor of the Centre de services scolaire de la Riviere-du-Nord by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.13 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the bid bond template reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form; - An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the Centre de services scolaire de la Riviere-du-Nord by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.13 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced in Appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form. - A certified check, money order, or bank draft made payable to the Centre de services scolaire de la Riviere-du-Nord.
