Renovation of a multi-residential development in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade multi-residential development.

An irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of 25% ofthe total Construction Contract may be substituted in lieu of Defect Bond requirements, submitted to the Owner to be held fundable for a period of 12 months after date of Substantial Completion. Box 3427 Shawnee, Oklahoma 74802-3427 (405)275-6330 fax (405)273-9344 Bid will include all necessary labour, materials, equipment and supervision required to accomplish the described work as defined in the bid documents for the Shawnee housing authority in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Bid guarantee issued to the housing authority of the city of Shawnee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for statutory payment, performance and defect Bond or bonds or other acceptable forms of performance guarantee. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the housing authority. Attention is called to the provisions of equal opportunity and payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the bidder's packet. This contract is subject to the condition of executive order 11246, which prohibits discrimination in employment because ofurace, colour, religion, sex or national origin on federal or federally assisted construction contracts. Instructions relative to compliance with executive order 11246 and section 3 will Be given at the pre-bid conference. These bid documents pertain to the Shawnee Housing Authority Capital Fund Program (CFP) Project for Applied Limestone and Quartz Veneer in Shawnee, Oklahoma. This CFP Applied Limestone and Quartz Veneer project consists of one three story building located at 101 W. 10 Street, Shawnee Oklahoma 74801 in Project 095-02. Bid will include all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to accomplish the described work as defined in the BID DOCUMENTS for the Shawnee Housing Authority in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Each bidder shall complete the nonocclusive affidavit, certification of bidder regarding equal employment opportunity, certification of bidder regarding nonsegregated Facilities, statement of bidders relationship, bidder's qualifications, representative/certificates/other statements of bidders and submit them along with contractors bid for performing the work and bid security in the bid package. The other documents (previous participation certification, form of contract, section 3 clause, etc.) will be required if you, as the contractor, in fact, are the accepted bidder on the project. The owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and to reject a bid not accompanied by required bid security, or other data required to be submitted with the bid, or to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete, irregular or non-conforming. It is the intent of the housing authority to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder provided the bid does not exceed the funds available. The housing authority shall have the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bids and accept the bid that, in its Judgment is in its own best interest.
