Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Bids Will Be Accepted for the Following Bid Packages Listed Below. 2a- Earthwork 2b - Paving and Sidewalks 2c - Termite Control 3a - Concrete 6a - General Trades 8a - Hollow Metal, Wood Doors and Door Hardware (Material) 8b - Overhead Doors 9a - Drywall and Acoustical Ceilings 9b - Tile 9c - Painting 13a - Pre-engineered Metal Building (Material) 13b - Pre-engineered Metal Building (Erection) 11a - Kennels 15a - Plumbing 15b - Hvac 15c Septic System 16a - Electrical PROJECT LOCATION - 16 West 9th Street, Shawnee, Oklahoma Alternate No. 1: Asphalt Paving in Lieu of Gravel Paving BID PACKAGE 2A - EARTHWORK SCOPE OF WORK: The following items listed below describe the general scope of work included in the above referenced bid package. 1. Review all contract drawings and specifications listed on the plan sheets. Notify Construction Manager of any discrepancies between the drawings and specifications. 2. Layout and staking for earthwork operations. Construction manager will provide a benchmark. 3. Silt fencing, rock bag check dams and erosion control. Maintain silt fencing as required until final completion. 4. Temporary gravel construction entrance per detail shown on D1.0. Includes removal and haul off construction entrance gravel and regrading of topsoil when construction entrance is no longer needed. 5. Strip and stockpile topsoil. Re-spread topsoil over disturbed areas. Finish grade topsoil at end of project. 6. Cuts and fills as required per grading plan. 7. Build pad for new building to +/- 1/10th. Pad to extend 5 feet beyond footprint of building. Include any undercutting and/or imported select fill as required for building pad construction per notes on structural drawings and geotechnical report. 8. Provide grading for paving and sidewalks to +/- 1/10th'. Provide backfill of paved areas and sidewalks with topsoil. 9. Provide and install 8" stabilized subgrade per geotechnical report and per Sheet D1.1. 10. Provide and install gravel drives per Base Bid. Provide deduct on Bid Form for Alternate 1 for Asphalt Paving in lieu of Gravel. BID PACKAGE #2B - PAVING AND SIDEWALKS SCOPE OF WORK: The following items listed below describe the general scope of work included in the above referenced bid package. 1. Review all contract drawings and specifications listed above. Notify Construction Manager of any discrepancies between the drawings and specifications. 2. Layout and surveying for paving and sidewalks. Construction Manager will provide benchmarks. 3. Concrete paving at drive approach, trash enclosure and parking space per plans and specifications including expansion joints, joint sealants at expansion joints. 4. Gravel paving for Base Bid (See Alternate No. 1 for Asphalt in Lieu of Gravel) 5. Asphalt paving for Alternate No. 1 in lieu of Gravel. 6. 4" concrete sidewalks including compacted subgrade and 4" sand base. Sidewalks to have 2% maximum cross slope. Include any necessary sawcutting, expansion joints and joint sealants. 7. Sidewalks that surround new building to have expansion joint between building foundation and sidewalk with zip strip and filled with joint sealant. 8. Includes concrete slab for HVAC equipment. 9. Includes providing and installing bollards as shown on plans. 10. Includes providing and installing concrete bumper blocks. 11. Includes striping for paving and HC symbols. 12. Includes providing and installing HC parking signs as shown on plans. 13. Cleanup and haul off of any concrete spoils. BID PACKAGE #2C - TERMITE CONTROL SCOPE OF WORK: The following items listed below describe the general scope of work included in the above referenced bid package. 1. Termite control to include treatment of footings and below slab per specifications. Include two (2) mobilization trips, one for footing treatment, one for slab treatment. Provide 5 year warranty per Project Outline Specifications per Sheet G123. BID PACKAGE #3A - CONCRETE SCOPE OF WORK: The following items listed below describe the general scope of work included in the above referenced bid package. 1. Review all contract drawings and specifications listed above. Notify Construction Manager of any discrepancies between the drawings and specifications. 2. Include all items listed in Outline Specifications related to Concrete per Sheet G120. 3. Include all items listed in the General Notes on the structural drawings related to Concrete Scope of Work. 4. Special Inspections will be provided by Construction Manager. 5. Testing will be provided by Construction Manager. 6. Layout for all concrete associated work. Building corner benchmarks will be provided by Construction Manager. 7. Include drilled piers and pier drilling. Include hoisting and placement of pier rebar cages. 8. Excavation and placement of all concrete footings. Earth formed footings are acceptable as long as banks and straight and trimmed neat. Include providing and installing dowels from footing to slab per plans. Include 8" void forms. 9. Dewatering of rain water is included as required. 10. Provide and install 6" gravel base under slab over properly prepared subgrade. 11. Provide and install 15 mil vapor barrier per specifications. 12. Provide and install perimeter foundation insulation per plans and specifications. 13. Edge forms for any miscellaneous formwork needed for slab placement. 14. Provide and install 6" concrete slab with thickened edges as shown on plans. 15. Cement finish and concrete curing per specifications. 16. Contraction joints and sawcutting of slab per plans. 17. Furnish and install rebar for all concrete related work. 18. Furnish and install concrete bricks for rebar support. 19. Furnish and install joint sealant at all sawed joints on interior of building. 20. Furnish and install any concrete accessories required for a complete job. 21. This bid package does not include any exterior concrete such as sidewalks, ramps, steps, or paving. 22. Install anchor bolts as required. Anchor bolts provided by others. BID PACKAGE #6A - GENERAL TRADES SCOPE OF WORK: The following items listed below describe the general scope of work included in the above referenced bid package. 1. Provide hanging of hollow metal and wood doors including installation of all door hardware complete. 2. Provide installation of all toilet accessories. BID PACKAGE #9C - PAINTING SCOPE OF WORK: The following items listed below describe the general scope of work included in the above referenced bid package. 1. Review all contract drawings and outline specifications. Notify Construction Manager of any discrepancies between the drawings and specifications. 2. Tape and bed, texture and painting of all gypsum board surfaces. 3. Includes any fire taping of fire walls above ceilings as shown on plans. 4. Paint all hollow metal door frames, hollow metal doors, and hollow metal windows. 5. Provide temporary protection of concrete floors. Concrete floors do not receive floor coverings and are therefore a finished product. Painting contractor to protect all floors from overspray and drywall mud. 6. Paint bollards on exterior. Include painting of 15 steel bollards. BID PACKAGE #11A - KENNELS SCOPE OF WORK: The following items listed below describe the general scope of work included in the above referenced bid package. 1. Furnish and install 5'x5' Kennels - Quantity 60 Each 2. Furnish and install prep table - Quantity 1 Each 3. Furnish and install grooming tub - Quantity 1 Each 4. Acceptable Manufacturers a. Approved Equal (Must be submitted 14 days prior to Bid Date) BID PACKAGE #15B - HVAC SCOPE OF WORK: The following items listed below describe the general scope of work included in the above referenced bid package. 1. Include all work shown on Sheets M001 - M701. 2. Include all general notes and mechanical general notes per Sheet M001. 3. Include condensing unit and refrigerant piping. 4. Include packaged dedicated outside air system (DOAS) complete. 5. Include horizontal gas fire furnace with DX cooling coil above ceiling complete, including drain pan, concentric vent and all accessories for a complete system. 6. Include all metal supply and return ductwork. 7. Include all air devices, grilles, louvers and dampers. 8. Include exhaust fans and intake air hoods complete and weathertight. 9. Include mechanical insulation as shown for ductwork and/or piping. 10. Include test and balance. 11. Include all necessary hangers and supports. 12. Include combustion air flues and vents through roof as required. 13. Include all thermostats and controls. 14. Include startup, testing, and owner training for all equipment. 15. Include mechanical labeling and identification. 16. Include providing and installing temporary protection covers to keep ductwork clean during construction. Install temporary protection at open ducts daily to prevent dust infiltration. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 8-20-2025.
