Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Marion, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Construction/Installation of one Calhoun HT Series Super Structures 52 feet wide by 60 feet deep on a 6-foot leg using hot dipped galvanized steel and heavy duty fabric. The building will be closed in the back with two 3'x3' passive vents on the gable end and partially open in the front with a 14'x20' door frame. The salt shed shall be installed on a 6-foot high 3000 psi precast block foundation. The salt shed itself has been separately procured by the Town and this RFP pertains to installation only.
