The work of this contract generally consists of furnishing and installing approximately 480 linear feet of 8-inch diameter PVC water main in Island Wharf Road from the intersection of Front Street and Island Wharf Road to the end of Island Wharf Road including associated service connections, fittings, hydrant, valves, and appurtenances. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required.
