A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Engineering Services: Design, Permitting, Bidding, and Construction Services for Creek Road Wastewater Pump Station Resiliency Improvements Project Description: The Town of Marion is seeking qualifications from engineering firms to provide design, permitting, bidding, and construction services for the Creek Road Pump Station Resiliency Improvements Project. The Town of Marion initiated design of the project and currently, a 90% design package has been completed. It is anticipated that the selected firm will finalize the existing design package, finalize permitting requirements, provide bidding services, and provide construction administration services, part-time resident observation, and post-construction services. In addition to the services listed above at the pump station, there is the potential for additional similar services for the station's force main.
