The Project Consists of a New Park, Including Children's Playground, Dog Park, Open Lawn, Performance Pavilion, Pavilions, a Fountain, Paths and Walkways, Lighting, Infrastructure Improvements, and a Community Center Building. All Playground Equipment, Pip Surfacing, Crushed Stone Base, Sails and Posts, Including Foundations Are Procured and Installed by the City. Trades Required Include, but Are Not Limited to: Site Demolition, Structural Concrete and Masonry, Structural Steel and Misc. Metals, Waterproofing, Roofing, Glazing, Doors and Hardware, Stucco, Framing and Drywall, Interior Finishes, Painting, Specialties, Casework, Signage, Site Furnishings, Prefabricated Pavilions, Fire Sprinklers, Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, Earthwork, Drainage, Site Utilities, Site Concrete, Fencing & Gates, Landscape and Irrigation.
