Paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Design plans call for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
Replacement of storm sewer systems, curb and gutter, resurfacing, sidewalk construction, relocation of streetlights and traffic signals, and pedestrian crosswalks with tactile warning plates for AODA compliance. The location of the project is the Highway 66 and Duncan Ave intersection. The length is only approximately 40m. The starting point is approximately 20m west of the intersection, and the end point is approximately 20m east of the intersection. TIMELINE: An RFP for engineering has been awarded. The design of the work must be completed no later than December 31, 2025. *Budget is unreleased.
