Site work for a water / sewer project in Clyde, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of September 05, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The scope of work to be performed includes the installation of approximately 2,000 lineal feet of 8" PVC sanitary sewer. The unit price bid for Sanitary Sewer (ODOT 611) shall include trench excavation, bedding, installation of new conduit, backfill, infiltration and deflection testing and topsoil replacement Trenches under and within 5 feet ofpaved areas, driveways and sidewalks shall be backfilled to the surface with granular material (411) placed in layers not to exceed six (6) inches in thickness and compacted with mechanical tampers. Replacement topsoil shall be placed and spread sufficiently so that after natural settlement it will conform to the elevations prior to construction. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid that it deems most favorable.
