Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Clyde, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
For the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the projects known as GRANT STREET CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECT. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wages rates on Public Improvements in the City of Clyde, pursuant to the Department of Industrial Compliance and Labor. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in connection with this project. All others will be deemed invalid. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished or downloaded from the above website and must contain the name of every person interested therein. The Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in conformance with the Ohio Revised Code, Section 153.54. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in any bid. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in connection with this project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, Governor's Executive order of 1972, and Governor Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. The completion date for this project is May 15, 2026.
