Renovation of a military facility in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The project involves the removal and replacement of the existing split system HVAC unit in Building 128. The work includes the installation of a new split system HVAC unit, associated electrical work, and all necessary components to ensure a fully operational system. The contractor is responsible for the complete removal of the old system, proper disposal, and installation of the new unit in accordance with applicable codes and standards. All work must be completed with minimal disruption to the buildings operations and within the specified performance period. Location: Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans, 400 Russell Ave, Belle Chasse, LA 70037, USA. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts, and materials in order to remove and replace a split system HVAC unit at Building 128 in accordance with specifications provided. This scope of work will encompass full replacement of the air handling unit located in the ceiling space of the hallway, the outside condensing unit, refrigeration lines, and associated heating coil.
