This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor shall complete work during working hours, unless otherwise authorized by the COR 2. Below work will be completed onboard USCG AIRSTA NOLA. 3. Contractor shall protect all equipment and merchandise in work location. 4. Coordinate 12 hours in advance to ensure that scheduled air operations, aircraft maintenance, and hangar door maintenance can be sequenced to prevent delays. 5. Conduct maintenance on one door at a time to allow for aircraft to be maneuvered outside through one hangar door. 5. Contractor shall provide labor, supervision, tools, lift, and insurance. 6. Contractor shall inspect, adjust and provide general servicing to two three-part hangar door systems. 7. Perform the factory certified annual preventative maintenance services. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price. The U.S. Coast Guard Contractor shall inspect, adjust, and provide general servicing two three-part hangar door systems (2 30 feet doors) and (1 40-foot door).
