Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Ozark, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

**As of September 9, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This request is to perform necessary repairs at The OC. This will include the following Site Preparation should include the following: Spraying of all vegetation in cracks with Roundup Quick pro Dry Instant Kill where applicable prior to job date. Cleaning all cracks with compressed air, wire wheel routing, and hand work to ensure all loose debris is removed. Cracks 3/16" or larger should be injected with Nuvo CS Type C crack sealant not associated with alligatored areas (does not include asphalt and concrete joints) Prime oil spots, heat and scraping of excel oil off pavement and applying Tarloc MPC Oil Spot primer to promote adhesion of sealer. Application should be done according to specs below: Each coat should be able to cure sufficiently to accommodate traffic between coats. Allowing the final coat to dry overnight under good drying conditions before allowing traffic. Two coats of spray application should be utilized, with any areas that are too small for spray equipment utilizing 1 coat of squeegee applications (example walking paths, etc) Striping of lines should be reapplied to the existing application, with the following exceptions The bus lane will now be noted as "one way" with bus lane parking only noted on the ground. Two spaces east of the building will be noted as crosswalk, leading from sidewalk to the field east of The OC. Only paint approved that meets Federal Specification TTP115# or TTP19852B should be used, and applied using commercial striping equipment. The City of Ozark, Missouri, (hereinafter "City") is accepting competitive bids for seal coating, crack sealing, and striping at three different city facilities. This identification and repair shall be pursuant to the Bid Specifications included herein. The OC is located at 1530 W Jackson St, Ozark MO 65721. The "Brick Street" building is located at 207 E Brick St, Ozark MO 65721. The Grubaugh Pool and Trail is located at 907 E Parkview St, Ozark MO 65721.
