Furnishing all equipment, labor, materials and appurtenances required to construct approximately 6500 SY of 8î P.C. Concrete Pavement and other such work as may be incidental to Walnut Street Paving Improvements . Each BIDDER will be required to submit with his proposal a certified check, cashierís check or bid bond made payable, without condition, to the Village Clerk, Shelby, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. The Owner is an equal opportunity employer and requires all contractors and consultants to comply with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities to accept the BID it deems most beneficial. Question Deadline 08/25/2025 Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer.
